Ryan Gallant

Ryan is a Kinesiologist and Yoga Teacher. He graduated with a Bachelors of Kinesiology degree in 2013 from the University of the Fraser Valley. He worked with both injured and healthy populations to build functionally strong and balanced bodies. In 2014 Ryan became a Certified Strength and Condition Specialist (CSCS), and completed Kettlebell and TRX certifications.

 

A growing interest in Yoga led Ryan to India in 2016. It was a life changing experience for him, and for several years Yoga became his main focus. He completed a 500 Hour Yoga Teacher Training and travelled as a yoga teacher to many countries, teaching countless students along the way.

 

Ryan returned to Canada with a deeper understanding of the physical body. He began integrating this new knowledge with his past education and experience. Ryan has a passion for helping people to connect with their body. He believes in a balanced approach to health and fitness which incorporates both traditional exercise, and Yoga.
