Shane works as a Kinesiologist after graduating from UBC with his Bachelor’s of Kinesiology.
Previously, Shane worked as a personal trainer, helping people achieve their fitness goals, which guided him to understand the importance of exercise and its impacts on health. That experience as a personal trainer then led to studying Kinesiology so that he could gain a greater knowledge of the human body and how it moves.
Throughout his schooling, Shane has worked with a variety of individuals, from children to older adults and he strongly believes that exercise is important for everyone. He enjoys helping others achieve new personal best’s as well as implementing active rehab to return to activities of daily living.
Outside of work Shane enjoys staying active through biking, hiking, and playing ultimate frisbee.
