Acupuncture

Acupuncture is an ancient method of healing originating in China. It is an approach that helps treat a variety of conditions by triggering specific nerve rich areas of the skin to open up the flow of qi, or vital force of the body. Acupuncture is a minimally invasive method of healing that causes a slight injury on the site of insertion which is not strong enough to cause discomfort but enough to trigger the body's innate healing ability to stimulate the immune system by promoting circulation to the area.

 

Acupuncture can help achieve and/or maintain a healthy balance between body and mind.
