Personal Trainer
Peter loves seeing people restored and becoming more themselves. Whether that is recovering from an injury, or pushing into uncharted territory, Peter wants to help you repair and prepare. Peter comes from a diverse training background, incorporating elements from sport, dance, wellness and performing arts.
Peter focuses on beginners to the gym, postural training, rehabilitation, and overcoming emotional limitations around exercise.
He is an NASM certified personal trainer, group personal trainer, and Corrective Exercise Specialist.
